What you’ll do
Own all EMEA revenue targets and sales execution
Lead, structure, and inspire the EMEA sales org (AEs, BDRs, Sales Ops).
Drive performance, accountability, and growth.
Design and enforce high-velocity, high-integrity sales processes (forecasting, pipeline, quota, enablement)
Set strategic direction for EMEA GTM—segment, prioritize, and close CAC40/Fortune500 logos in Cybersecurity, IT, DevOps, and other verticals.
Partner directly with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Founders—align field reality with product and GTM
Deliver continuous feedback to shape product/market fit and competitive positioning
Report directly to founders, shape strategy, zero bureaucracy

Requirements
Personally closed multiple 7-figure enterprise deals with CISO, CIO, DSI-level stakeholders.
Scaled and led B2B Enterprise SaaS or Automation/IT/Cybersecurity sales teams across EMEA to quota and beyond.
Proven ability to build discipline, a high-performance sales culture, and teams that consistently deliver.
Fluent in French and English.
Relentless focus on revenue growth and results.
