Lead Sales Team Manager

🎯 The Role

As Lead Sales, you will take charge of our sales team, currently composed of:

  • 3 senior salespeople

  • 1 mid-level salesperson

  • 1 junior salesperson

Your role: define, embody, and execute our sales strategy. You’ll be the driving force of the team, the architect of our deals, the guardian of our performance and the embodiment of our sales culture.


🚀 Your Responsibilities

  • 🎯 Lead and structure our sales strategy:

    • Prioritize the right accounts (ABM) : ensure the team focus on what matters and adjust the level of intensity with our target account ambitions

    • Build a strong outbound culture : help the team organize to secure prospection time

    • Maximize pipeline and conversion rates

  • 🧠 Grow and coach the team:

    • Lead sales rituals (kick-offs, pipeline reviews, forecasts, debriefs, etc.)

    • Ensure strong MEDDIC usage across the team

    • Raise the bar by leading through example

  • 🗣️ Standardize processes and practices:

    • Challenge pitches, demos, emails, and define the best approach
  • 📈 Drive performance:

    • Track KPIs and ensure monthly reporting

    • Orchestrate sales activity with discipline

    • Align business goals with sales strategy


Preferred experience

🙋‍♂️ The Ideal Candidate

  • You have 7+ years of experience in complex B2B sales (ideally SaaS)

  • You have closed deals > €500K on your own with large accounts: you’re comfortable with long sales cycles, procurement teams, and multi-stakeholder deals

  • You have strong experience in outbound (Cold call, growth campaigns, exhibitions…etc)

  • You have management experience or can demonstrate strong natural leadership

  • You’re structured, rigorous, and demanding (with yourself and your team)

  • You are ambitious, shoot high, and are driven by impact

  • You speak fluent English – many of our clients are international
