🎯 The Role
As Lead Sales, you will take charge of our sales team, currently composed of:
3 senior salespeople
1 mid-level salesperson
1 junior salesperson
Your role: define, embody, and execute our sales strategy. You’ll be the driving force of the team, the architect of our deals, and the guardian of our performance.
🚀 Your Responsibilities
🎯 Lead and structure our sales strategy:
Prioritize the right accounts (ABM)
Build a strong outbound engine
Maximize pipeline and conversion rates
🧠 Grow and coach the team:
Lead sales rituals (kick-offs, pipeline reviews, forecasts, debriefs, etc.)
Ensure strong MEDDIC usage across the team
Raise the bar by leading through example
🗣️ Standardize processes and practices:
📈 Drive performance:
Track KPIs and ensure monthly reporting
Orchestrate sales activity with discipline
Align business goals with sales strategy
🙋♂️ The Ideal Candidate
You have 7+ years of experience in complex B2B sales (ideally SaaS)
You have closed deals > €500K on your own with large accounts: you’re comfortable with long sales cycles, procurement teams, and multi-stakeholder deals
You have strong experience in oubtound (Cold call, growth campaigns, exhibitions…etc)
You have management experience or can demonstrate strong natural leadership
You’re structured, rigorous, and demanding (with yourself and your team)
You are ambitious, shoot high, and are driven by impact
You speak fluent English – many of our clients are international
