Organisation et méthodologie
Nos équipes agiles sont organisées en squad de 9 personnes (pizzas team) composées de :
- 6 dev dont un Team Lead
- un(e) Product Manager
- un Product Designer
- un QA Engineer
Nous partageons beaucoup au sein de l'équipe. La plupart des développements se font en pair programming.
Nous organisons toutes les 2 semaines des workshops tech ainsi que 2 fois par an un Skello Tech Day dédié à l'innovation ainsi qu'un Hackathon pour inventer ensemble le Skello de demain.
Projets et défis techniques
Notre principal défi est lié à l'expansion de Skello au niveau territorial.
Le déploiement de Skello partout en Europe implique que la plateforme doit être solide et scalable : nous avons ainsi lancé un chantier de découpage de l'architecture en micro services (il sera terminé d'ici fin 2022).
Ce déploiement implique également que la plateforme doit être capable de s'adapter aux règlementations légales de chaque pays, pour cela nous avons développé un langage qui permet de traduire ces spécificités en code informatique.

Skello's vocabulary:
Passion: defines what drives them when a customer sends them a gif or a love message on their SAV chat
