Join us as a Paid Acquisition Manager to spearhead our marketing campaigns for the French market. You will play a pivotal role in scaling Qonto's presence and customer base in one of our key markets.


You will work closely with Alicia, our seasoned Lead Performance Marketing Manager, leveraging her wealth of experience to make impactful decisions that directly drive Qonto's growth.


👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Paid Acquisition Manager at Qonto, you will


• Develop and execute innovative paid acquisition strategies on platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta and more.

• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Looker and Google Sheets, optimizing for maximum efficiency.

• Manage a significant marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and spend.

• Collaborate across functions with data teams, design and marketing stakeholders to ensure cohesive strategy implementation.

• Mentor within the team, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and learning.

About her: With a media agency background, Alicia has been at Qonto for +4 years and was one of the first team members in the performance marketing team. She has seen and contributed the strong evolution of Qonto and especially to the growth of the performance marketing department over the years.
