The Growth Data Manager (Acquisition)’s mission is to work hand-in-hand with the Acquisition team to make Qonto a reference in Paid Acquisition, leveraging data and automation to unlock new levers of growth.

Along with the other team members, the position will also contribute to other initiatives core to the Growth Data team (Customer Data Platform, CRM automation, Front-End tracking…)  as well as supporting other teams in their strategic initiatives.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻  As a Growth Data Manager (Acquisition), you will:

Define and execute the roadmap on paid acquisition automation projects. You will identify new value levers and implement initiatives that will contribute to driving more user acquisition. Examples include Audience automation, data enrichment, signal detection, lead journeys…

Own the Growth technical stack and research and experiment new tools and technologies to make Qonto’s growth team a reference;

Use data to identify opportunities and generate insights to define the next initiatives to conduct;

Drive or contribute to cross-team projects to support other teams initiatives: CRM, Sales Ops, Product…;

Define the best way to work together. Interacting with an important variety of teams, you will think and implement new working rituals and practices to better work together.
