Help Qonto to continue its impressive customer acquisition in Germany! You'll figure out the best ways to attract attention and give our sales team lots of people to talk to.

You'll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to come up with strategies to find new customers.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Demand Generation Manager - Germany 🇩🇪 you will work contribute to:

Lead Management: Employ a data-driven approach to pinpoint target audiences, enrich leads and accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize our CRM and lead conversion processes.

Campaign Management: Design and execute targeted outbound campaigns in close collaboration with our Sales Team, continuously analyzing performance to refine and improve our strategies.

Strategy Development: Craft and implement a localized demand generation strategy that aligns with our sales goals, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads and accounts for our outbound team.

Continuous Improvement: Leverage A/B testing and data analytics to enhance campaign effectiveness and lead quality, contributing to our overarching goal of market leadership.

Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure a unified approach to demand generation, sharing insights and strategies to drive collective success.

Collaboration: You've worked closely with sales teams before and understand the importance of aligning marketing strategies with sales objectives.
