Join us as a Compensation & Benefits Assistant (Summer internship) at Qonto, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our compensation and benefits processes, contributing directly to our team's efficiency and our company's growth.


Under the guidance of Margaux (Compensation & Benefits Manager), you'll be immersed in an international and fast-paced environment, gaining hands-on experience on compensation and benefits topics.


👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Compensation & Benefits Assistant at Qonto, you will


Support the execution of compensation cycles, including data collection, analysis, and manager briefings.

• Automate Excel files for efficient budget tracking and policy updates.

Collaborate with finance and team leads to ensure alignment with compensation policies.

Contribute to post-cycle analysis and support data cleaning efforts for benchmark tools.

Participate in key projects, including the implementation of Workday for integrated compensation and benefits management.

• You will report to Margaux, our Compensation and Benefits Manager.

• She leverages her extensive experience in HR and finance to develop innovative compensation programs that enhance talent retention and satisfaction. With a background that spans prestigious firms like Maison Kitsuné and LANVIN, Margaux brings a wealth of knowledge and a supportive leadership style to our fast-paced, dynamic team.


🏅 About You


• You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a master's degree in HR or finance.

• You possess advanced Excel skills and have a keen eye for detail and design.

• You are autonomous, proactive, and eager to take on hands-on responsibilities.

• You have excellent communication skills and are comfortable working with finance teams and senior stakeholders.

• You thrive in an international, fast-paced environment and are excited by the opportunity to contribute to key projects.
