We are currently recruiting for our Paris office, an  Solution Engineer M/F (CDI)

Reporting to the Head of Engagement, you will play a critical role driving the successful end-to-end implementation of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer requirements, and industry standards. This role requires a blend of project management skills, technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and effective communication to drive innovation and achieve operational excellence.

What would you be doing

Project Management 

  • Independently manage the end-to-end client IT delivery portfolio through collaborative work following Agile methodologies

  • Develop and execute high quality Application Software implementation plans independently based on client processes and requirements through API

  • Work in partnership with Technology, Product and Sales Team to successfully deliver the Client Portfolio meeting both technical and business requirements

Requirement Analysis and Documentation

  • Capture and document client strategy, operational processes and business rules and communicate to Technology Teams 

  • Work in partnership with the Product Team, scope feature requirements and conduct gap analysis

Technical Delivery

  • Support the application design including data schema modeling, process workflow development and execution in line with Qantev Software Lifecycle operating principles

  • Feed customer and market insights back to the rest of the company, to help design the next generation of AI products

  • Contribute to the development of technology processes and internal frameworks

  • Become an expert - and evangelist for – Qantev’s technologies and the capabilities of machine learning

Resource management

  • Manage the Technology Team resource plan and requirements based on Client Portfolio demands and Sales pipeline

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology with demonstrable project management experience

  • +3 years of experience in a client-facing technical role, experienced in Agile methodology, ideally in a fast-paced environment (scale-ups). The knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus

  • Extensive experience in managing SaaS-based projects, including software integrations and development, with a strong grasp of relevant software development methodologies, technologies, and application software engineering concepts.

  • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technology development deliverables for a successful client IT delivery plan management

  • Understanding of AI and ML algorithms, including their applications and limitations, experience deploying Deep Learning Framework is a plus.

  • Demonstrate robust understanding of data pipeline concepts,including their applications and challenges.

  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure,  Google Cloud,  Snowflake, is a plus.

  • Fluency in English is a must. Additional languages are a plus (Spanish, Chinese, Thai, Japanese)

  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external audiences, including large clients and senior executives

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment (scale-ups)

  • Have a keen eye for clear & comprehensive corporate presentations, you need to strive for excellence

  • Endowed with a great sense of humor and ready to collaborate with teammates

  • Round 3: Interviews with Tech Leads (1h30)

  • Round 4: On-site final interview with the CEO (20mn) and Qantev office visit (15mn)
