    Job description

    To support our strong growth, we are recruiting a Customer Success Project Manager with a great team spirit, who will be committed for the long term and share our determination to have an impact on everyday mobility. We care about what we bring to our clients, operators, communities, and businesses who trust our technology.
    As part of the Operations and Customer Support department, under the supervision of the Customer Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of mainly UK and European customers and support them throughout their Demand-Responsive Transport project.
    You will be involved in a very stimulating environment, and in a collaborative atmosphere, in direct contact with:

    • Our customers, major players in the mobility sector in the UK and Europe
    • Our Sales and Account Managers
    • Our experts in transport service design
    • Our AI and development experts team

    Your missions

    • Defining the scope of the projects and their management.
    • Assist our customers in the implementation of their on-demand transport project with our solutions and provide an optimal use.
    • Ensure compliance with schedules and costs defined.
    • Follow-up of your client portfolio for retention and upsell; in close collaboration with the account manager.
    • Follow-up on customer satisfaction and territory performance.
    • Support the Sales team in the pre-sales phase on the relevance of the service package to the prospects’ issues.
    • Contribute to the evolution of the service mix and the product in order to be always more aligned with the needs of our customers

    Preferred experience

    The ideal profile

    • Level of study: 5 years of higher education
    • Level of experience: 2 years minimum
    • Language proficiency: Bilingual English-French

    Your most important skills

    • Project management experience in multi-actor English-speaking environments (in an English-speaking market would be a real plus)
    • Experience in B2B client relations (with local authorities or public engineering would be a plus)
