Team Leadership

  • Lead a dynamic team for guest relations, property upkeep, inspections, housekeeping, maintenance, and overall guest satisfaction.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment through effective leadership.
  • Recruit, train, and oversee a high-performing team, promoting a culture of hospitality and excellence.


Operational Management

  • Develop and implement quality inspection processes, ensuring high standards across all properties.
  • Supervise housekeeping and maintenance teams for timely issue resolution and adherence to standards.
  • Oversee 3rd party providers, ensuring contractual compliance and maintaining high-quality service delivery.


Strategic Planning

  • Continuously assess and enhance processes to exceed customer expectations.
  • Propose and implement strategies for team profitability and explore revenue growth opportunities.
  • Implement cost control measures for optimised operational expenses without compromising service quality.
  • Develop and uphold quality standards for all aspects of vacation home management.


Business Tools Proficiency

  • Utilise task management, team communication, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and relevant software.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in presentation, business analytics, and insights.



  • Five years experience as a senior team member or managing a team, preferably in Facilities Management, Customer Service, or Hospitality.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Immediate availability is a plus.
  • Valid UAE Driver's License required.
