Job description

In a few words:

Reporting to the Head of Patient Programs and Content Factory, you will play a pivotal role in our organization’s mission to enhance patient experience and improve outcomes in the field of oncology. Your missions will include managing and coordinating key strategic projects, implementing / optimizing self-care programs, and monitoring performance metrics related to their effectiveness and impact on patients using our solutions. An opportunity to hold a cross-functional role in Resilience patient supportive care development!

What will your missions look like?

As a Senior Project Manager, your main responsibilities will consist of:

Lead key strategic projects and programs

  • Structure & segment our digital supportive care offer to foster sustainable business models;

  • Manage strategic projects with other teams and external stakeholders, ensuring their alignment with Resilience overall objectives;

  • Develop, implement, deploy and optimize self-care programs for patients.

Help optimize processes & organization

  • Define and implement robust processes, essential for industrialization and scalability;

  • Adapt to changes and anticipate impact on the team and our processes.


Preferred experience

  • Proven experience in end-to-end project management and delivery, especially with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in analyzing KPIs and leveraging insights for continuous improvement

  • Experienced in driving efficiency and maintaining high standards in execution

  • Excellent communication skills (oral & written) in both French & English

  • English language proficiency

  • Educational background with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or entrepreneurship.

  • Sandrine, Senior Scientific Writer, oversees the production of articles for patients. She has an international background and research experience in the field healthcare and cancer in particular. She loves hiking, running, cycling and whenever she gets a chance, she’s off to Japan!

  • Anne-Sophie represents the Voice of the Patient at Resilience. Deeply involved in the cancer association community, she brings her extensive experience for the benefit of the patients. Her laugh is one of a kind — wait until you see… or hear!

  • Thibault, Lead Content Manager is the Wise of the team. As the owner of content experience, he is unmatched in creating, developing, and writing the most relevant content there can be. Alongside talented writers, he embarks and inspires everyone, infusing the precise and humble tone of Resilience.
