Career development
Onepilot offers each of its employees broad prospects for development, both vertically and horizontally. First of all, through Special Missions, whose objective is to allow each employee to carry out cross-functional projects within the company; then through a strong policy of internal mobility. We believe it is important to encourage internal promotions, both vertical and horizontal: many positions are regularly opened up and reserved for existing teams.
