The position

Job description

At Onepilot, we’re accelerating our AI strategy with the ambition of making artificial intelligence a core pillar of our platform thanks to a self-service platform that allows customers to create and manage their own LLM-based resolution bots (voice, chat, mail). We’re now looking for a Head of Product AI to structure and lead our AI product roadmap. This person will work closely with the Head of AI, as well as tech (20 people), ops, and business teams.

Reporting to Adrien, our CEO, you’ll be part of a cross-functional Product team (3 people) and will drive the delivery and impact of all AI-related initiatives.

Missions :

  • Define and champion the AI product vision aligned with Onepilot’s overall strategy.

  • Ensure structured delivery and high product impact.

  • Translate complex business problems (ops, CX, quality, etc.) into AI-powered product opportunities.

  • Work hand-in-hand with the Head of AI and tech teams to prioritize, scope, and deliver AI initiatives.

  • Own the AI product roadmap, balancing innovation, scalability, and speed of execution.

  • Measure the impact of shipped features, and ensure successful adoption by internal and external users.

  • Lead with ambition and pragmatism, making trade-offs between technical feasibility, business value, and user needs.


Preferred experience

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of delivering AI/ML-powered products (LLMs wrapping to solve business needs, NLP, classification, etc.).

  • You are passionate about current LLM revolution and the way it can be applied to concrete business needs.

  • You’ve already worked closely with data science or AI engineering teams.

  • You excel at turning technical topics into meaningful product value for users.

  • You’re data-driven, impact-oriented, and confident in navigating complex product environments.

  • You’re comfortable in a fast-paced startup where ownership and decision-making speed are key.

  • You’re a clear communicator and can influence stakeholders across functions.

  • Fluent in French & English is necessary

  • Bonus: you have experience in B2B SaaS, Customer Service, or Ops-heavy products.
