Missions

As a partnership manager, you will work directly with Pierre: co-founder and CCO on an equal footing between sales, product and marketing.

Your tasks :

  • Define our partnership strategy in line with our market access strategy (E-merchants in Europe).
  • Manage the entire relationship with our partners (ticketing tools, Back-Office, CRM, acquisition agencies, development agencies, investment funds, etc.) and generate qualified leads that the sales team will be responsible for closing
  • Ensure the operational implementation of partnerships, from the approach, to the creation of the offer, to the closing and follow-up
  • Build and implement the tools and supports to deploy our offer on a large scale
  • Representing Onepilot on the European stage (physical or virtual events)
  • Participate in our market access reflection and international expansion
  • Ensure commercial, technical and competitive intelligence

Preferred experience

  • You are definitely a sociable and friendly person :)
  • 3+ years experience in sales or partnership in the BtoB world
  • Experience in the SaaS or e-commerce ecosystem is a plus
  • A strategic thinker, you know how to identify the interests of your contacts and implement a win-win strategy
  • A strong interest in products is a plus to help you understand the specificities of each partner
  • You are fluent in French and English (Spanish or German is a plus)
  • You are articulate, willing and like to go the extra mile
  • You want to join a dynamic and ambitious team (+20% monthly growth)
  • You want to grow with this team, learn new things and gain responsibility quickly
  • You have a good command of CRM and are curious
