About the role:
You will be part of an international company and impact the lives of more than 400 million users thanks to your innovative designs, integrate and contribute to the growth of the Product Design team, This is a key role within the company, you will have to interact with different stakeholders (Tech and Product teams, Marketing, Brand & Creative Designers) and you independently manage your roadmap design projects to create positive impact

What you will be doing

• Lead the design solution of multiple products (mobile advertising formats & desktop interfaces) in a structured and scalable way
• Design simple flows and elegant experiences
• Create clean, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups & prototypes
• Conduct user and product research, such as interviews, observations, benchmarks, persona and empathy maps to validate hypotheses and collect feedback
• Work iteratively with engineering teams to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience
• Influence Product Design process to enhance the team’s workflow

About you

• As a senior Product Designer, at least 7 years experience, you manage design projects in autonomy with a Product Management team and you have experience working closely with engineers to ship and evolve features, comfortable iterating quickly at low fidelity
• You already worked on both Desktop and Mobile projects and in at least two of the following: UX Writing (or Content), interaction design, information architecture, usability testing
• You master the methods of user research (observation, interviews, user tests)
• You have experience in facilitating workshop sessions and making presentations to stakeholders
• As a experimented designer, you apply problem solving processes on a daily basis
• You have a portfolio showing examples of product design work with a clear and concise description of your contribution
• Ideally, you have worked in a start-up/scale-up environment and you have experience in SaaS
• And if you have skills in Data Analysis, knowledge in HTML5, CSS and JavaScript you are the one we are looking for!
