As a User Researcher, you will:

  • Lead strategic research projects across all stages of the design cycle, from problem definition to delivering actionable insights, to deepen our understanding of various audiences and inform the product roadmap and overall strategy
  • Participate in the development of our User Research strategy alongside the Research and Product Teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Organize workshops with different product tribes to help activate research insights, ensuring that findings are effectively translated into actionable strategies and design decisions.
  • Work on joint initiatives with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc.) to strengthen a user-centered culture within the company.
  • Boost expertise within the Product Team, fostering the adoption of User Research methodologies and empowering team members to independently conduct research activities.
  • Enhance our User Research toolbox by integrating the most relevant tools, methods, and frameworks, facilitating effective and efficient research processes.
  • What will contribute to your success:

  • Collaborate closely with the Product Team and become a trusted partner for the product tribes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams, among others, to enhance team synergy and company outcomes.
  • Present your work in a compelling, engaging manner.
  • Drive a culture of user insights and the influence of User Research at a company-wide level.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends, and best practices in User Research. 
  • We’d like it if you are (you do not need to tick all the boxes, please apply even you don’t tick all the boxes, we are not looking for a set of bullet points):

  • A User Researcher with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in user research, with a wide range of quantitative & qualitative methods.
  • A strong communicator, experienced in working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient with tools such as Dovetail, Amplitude, FullStory, Maze, and Typeform.
  • Fluent in French and English (German or Spanish is a plus).
  • Results-driven with strong organizational and analytical skills.
