Join Apiday Product team and play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface of our products. You will work closely with different teams including Tech and Data Science teams, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and ESG Team to design intuitive and visually appealing solutions that meet the needs of our users and align with our business goals.

Key responsibilities include contributing to the conception and delivery phases of products, as well as supporting the strategy and design organisation, in details:

• Conduct user interviews to gather insights and understand user needs.

• Create user personas, journey maps, and scenarios to inform design decisions.

• Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across the product.

• Develop and execute design strategies aligned with business goals.

• Ensure design consistency throughout the product.

• Engage with clients and prospects to discuss design requirements and gather feedback.

• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements.

• Advocate for user-centered design principles in strategic planning discussions.

• Identify and propose improvements to existing processes and workflows

• Passionate Product Designer with a talent for driving results through energy and organization

• 3+ years of experience in B2B digital projects with proven success in a SaaS environment, experience in a startup/scaleup environment is a plus

• Proficient in Figma, Notion

• Fluent in English, conversational French is a plus

• Keen eye for high-quality visual and interaction design, daily application of user-centered design approach and strong foundation in usability, interface, and interaction design; experienced in user research
