Job description
Molotov Solutions (www.molotov.solutions) is a range of services for media, content owners, and telco operators, which leverages Molotov’s heritage, its know-how and in-depth knowledge of the OTT environment.
In a context of exploding OTT consumption, the success of the Molotov consumer platform in France has prompted numerous requests from professionals around the world. To address these requests, the streaming platform introduces “Molotov Solutions”, a new activity dedicated to B2B.
As Molotov Solutions’ Business Development and Communications manager, your role is to generate as many new business opportunities as possible by creating and executing a comprehensive communications and business development strategy.
In this role, you will work closely with Molotov Solutions’ COO and product team.
What will you be doing?
-Increase Molotov Solutions’ brand awareness through online and offline communication (eg. press releases, event sponsorships, etc.) and business partnerships,
-Identify and contact new customer prospects — identify, contact key decision-makers (including C-Suite) in prospect organizations
-Participate in industry events to proactively approach new clients
-Create strategic alliances with complementary and non-competing businesses
-Identify and manage RFP processes to generate new business, from request qualification to contract negotiation and signing
-Provide a best-in-class interaction to prospective customers, regardless of deal outcome
Preferred experience
Ideal experience and profile
3+ years in Telcos, streaming / broadcasting / OTT / CTV industry
5+ years in a Sales-related role in an international SaaS business
Global, wide and deep broadcaster and telco network of contacts
Consistent overachievement against sales targets in past experiences
Strong autonomy and bold sense of initiative
Able to strive in the agile, “do-it-yourself” start-up culture
Comfortable with taking on multiple responsibilities as the business grows and evolves
Fluent in French and English (native English is a plus) - most of the customers will be English speakers
