Your mission as a Senior Product Designer at Luko

At Luko, Lukooms’ forces are divided into 3 tribes. Each tribe has its own roadmap with a product manager and a dedicated tech team: The MRR tribe focuses on the acquisition of new customers, the NPS tribe aims at delighting our users throughout the life of their contract - claims and terminations included, and the TPM tribe works on building the best IOT and services to protect our members’ homes.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will join our main designer, Quentin, working closely with these 3 tribes to make our products enjoyable and easy to use.

• You will lead the design process, partner with Product Managers to define problems, prototype options and run user interviews to validate solutions.
• You will be a design advocate, and facilitate communication and collaboration with Stakeholders, Product Managers and Developers, in order to build world-class products.
• You’ll design simple, usable and delightful mobile and web interfaces to create the best experiences for all platforms.
• You’ll take part in defining and improving our design standards and processes, and keep on building and improving our own design system, the Lubrary (not a typo).

Who are you?

• You have 4+ years of experience as a product designer, building and shipping products across platforms in a customer-facing environment
• You have a strong portfolio demonstrating your outstanding design skills
• Your work showcase a mix of modern, attractive interfaces with great user experiences
• You have a previous experience in doing research and applying insights to design
• You’re a team player, open to give and receive constructive feedback
• You are organized and know how to prioritize tasks
• Excellent english skills (spoken & written)
