One of Landor most popular programs, it allows one person per region to spend three months in another office each year in order to learn about another culture, other work methods and meet new colleagues. Last but not least, to bring back new recipes of culinary specialties!

Once a year, everyone is invited to nominate the peers of their choice to recognize their work and commitment: each region elects a finalist, who then participates in the final network vote to win $15,000!

Hybrid work is an essential organizational mode for us, which is why we allow everyone to benefit from a weekly 2-day remote working policy.
ShipShape 🌟
A holistic program around various tools and resources such as Yoga classes, a subscription to the Wellpass app (ex. Gymlib) and access to a free and confidential support program (advice and follow-up on personal and/or work-related issues).

Jocelain joined Landor in 2018 as part of a work-study program for his final year of studies. He was hired as a Client Manager upon completion of his apprenticeship to coordinate large-scale projects with French clients. He was promoted the following year to Senior Client Manager and then became Client Director in 2023. He supports his clients on global brand transformation projects and also specializes in digital projects.
After having so many opportunities to grow at Landor over the past few years, I am now looking forward to passing on all of that experience to our juniors and having them grow with us.
