👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 THE ROLE

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead the success of our partners & clients’ project integrations.

You will oversee all types of technical integrations — from managing large-scale connectivity projects to supporting the daily resolution of operational issues — ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience throughout the process.

You will work closely with internal teams (Product, R&D, Support) and external stakeholders (clients, partners) to deliver impactful solutions and maintain the consistency and quality of our API ecosystem.

🎯 WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Lead integration projects for clients and partners, from project kickoff to delivery, ensuring alignment with business needs, technical requirements, and timelines.
  • Guide and support partners throughout the API implementation process (D-EDGE or third-party), providing expertise and resolving challenges as they arise.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (Product, R&D, API Integration Specialists) to clarify requirements, manage risks, and maintain transparency through clear communication.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of the D-EDGE API ecosystem by managing and updating documentation, proposing improvements based on partner and client feedback, and identifying synergies across products.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives such as enhancing the API Portal, collecting and acting on integration feedback, and improving partner and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Act as a liaison between business teams, technical experts, and external stakeholders on key topics like Distribution, Payments, and API evolution.
  • Participate in client and partner meetings, bringing your API expertise to discussions and helping ensure smooth collaboration.

🦸‍♂️WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Hard skills

  • Project management & multi-tasking: ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines; experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Industry knowledge: good understanding of the hospitality or travel industry, with experience in PMS integration and connectivity.
  • Technical expertise: familiarity with API standards (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON) and tools like Postman; knowledge of SQL, HTML, or JavaScript is a plus.
  • Languages: fluent English (spoken & written) required; French or other languages are a plus.

Soft skills

  • Strong communicator, able to adapt to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Team player with excellent collaboration skills in an international environment.
  • Autonomous, adaptable, and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.

Profile

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in technical coordination, project management, or client/partner delivery roles. Knowledge of Hotel PMS is a MUST HAVE
  • Comfortable with B2B platforms (extranets, admin portals) and daily use of tools like Postman, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Familiarity with PMS is a MUST HAVE
  • Background in business, engineering, or a technical/operational role
