👨👩👧👦 THE ROLE
The Connectivity Project Manager is responsible for coordinating all types of technical integrations, from managing connectivity projects to the daily coordination and follow-up of internal or external operational issues.
The Connectivity Project Manager leads the success of our partners & clients’ project integrations. Its main missions are:
- Coordinate connectivity projects to ensure seamless integration across D-EDGE products.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet business needs and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with the API Integration Specialist to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Track progress, manage risks, and communicate proactively with stakeholders.
- Support the Head of Connectivity in maintaining functional consistency across projects.
- Act as a liaison between business teams, technical experts, and project stakeholders on key topics (e.g., Distribution, Payments).
- Review and validate functional requirements and use cases for multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities Highlight
Expertise in D-EDGE APIs ecosystem
- Develop a deep understanding of D-EDGE platform & its APIs.
- Comprehensively manage and update API documentation in cooperation with internal stakeholders.
- Drive API evolution/upgrade proposals for business enhancements by collecting clients and partners feedback & needs.
- Identify synergies between products to develop and improve our ecosystem consistency.
- Actively identify and report bugs to the R&D team.
- Provide internal documentation for their use and for support/debugging.
Project management of the clients and/or partners integration
- Provide tailored guidance for a seamless API implementation, whether the integration is based on D-EDGE API or 3rd party one, from project inception to project release.
- Assist partners in resolving implementation challenges.
- Ensure a proper project follow-up to both internal stakeholders and external consumers using project management tools & documentation.
- Handle multiple projects concurrently and adjust priorities based on business needs.
- Gather and incorporate feedback from partners to enhance the partner experience in implementing or upgrading our APIs.
- Client facing, including participation in clients calls and providing the API expert point of view.
Ensure a good technical relationship & experience for clients and/or partners
- Draft internal and external documentations/guides related to each interface to ensure a seamless client onboarding and proper internal comprehension of each of them.
- Provide connectivity tribe and partners with the D-EDGE vision on future evolutions on our products.
- Actively contribute to the projects aiming at maintaining D-EDGE brand positioning and ensuring partner and clients satisfaction on their integration experience, such as the API Portal, integration surveys, Partner Portal, etc.

Hard skills
- Project management & multi-tasking: ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines; experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Industry knowledge: good understanding of the hospitality or travel industry, with experience in system integration and connectivity.
- Technical expertise: familiarity with API standards (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON) and tools like Postman; knowledge of SQL, HTML, or JavaScript is a plus.
- Languages: fluent English (spoken & written) required; French or other languages are a plus.
Soft skills
- Strong communicator, able to adapt to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills in an international environment.
- Autonomous, adaptable, and proactive with a problem-solving mindset.
Profile
- 3–5+ years’ experience in technical coordination, project management, or client/partner delivery roles.
- Comfortable with B2B platforms (extranets, admin portals) and daily use of tools like Postman, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Background in business, engineering, or a technical/operational role; experience in the hospitality or travel industry is highly valued.
