🧑‍🤝‍🧑ABOUT THE TEAM:

Our goal is to design and develop the best possible products. Our R&D (More than 250 people based in Paris, Barcelona, Bordeaux and Nantes) has developed a culture where agility and teamwork are at the service of innovation and excellence. We continue to maintain a “startup” spirit with autonomous SCRUM teams (3 to 8 people), focused on a product theme, and having a great freedom of innovation and experimentation. Our technical environment is very rich: distributed architecture of web services and applications on Service Bus, strong constraints of performance, reliability and security: you will have to show autonomy, initiative, and adaptability.

You will be joining the P&A feature team alongside : Simone GORINI, Pierre LE RENDU, Guillaume SALICIS et Mohamed TRAORE, our Software Engineer ! You will be reporting to Jonathan ARGENTIERO, Engineering Team Lead.

The team is working on the transformation of the platform to integrate the new needs of large hotel chains by focusing on the complete management of the user, his navigation and access in the platform. The team is also responsible for managing access to the different modules subscribed by hoteliers or hotel chains.

🎯 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

You will work within a team dedicated to the development and maintenance of the B2B management applications (“Extranet”) used daily by the hotels, as well as on the components of our CRS (“Central Reservation System”) which are linked to it.

You will be involved in all stages of development:

  • Study of the evolutions with the Product Manager,

  • Technical and architectural choices, writing specifications,

  • Development, quality assurance and deployment,

  • Accompanying less experienced developers in their rise to competence,

  • Monitoring of production indicators and handling of problems

  • Strong experience as a .NET/C# developer; knowledge of other environments is a plus

  • Ability to work in a team, good command of English (written/oral)

  • Practice of Agile methodologies (SCRUM/KANBAN)

  • Ability to analyze and design software architectures with reliability, security and performance objectives

  • Concern for work accomplished: quality and reliability are part of your job

  • Autonomy, initiative, ability to learn and introduce new languages, technologies and work methods

  • Experience in a SAAS environment and production management

  • Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React) and TypeScript.

  • Knowledge of microservices and service bus architectures
