What you will directly contribute to:

- Moderating member profiles and their content

- Answering member messages and requests well and fast

- Providing users with guidance and support through various channels (tickets & chat) at high quality level (we offer a 100% response service)

- Overseeing the overall activity on our social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) and maintaining dynamics within the German community

- Gathering members' feedback and communicating it to the Tech Team

Improving the overall member experience

- Reporting to Germany's Associate manager

After an initial training period of one month (Mon to Fri from 10AM to 6PM with 1 h break),with the possibility to attend remotely, working hours will mostly cover some evenings and late afternoons and/or weekend hours working from home.

Working from the office 2/3 days/week is possible. The position requires to be based in France.

Your qualifications:

  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken in German (mother-tongue)
  • Fluent communication in English
  • Ability and experience to handle high volumes efficiently
  • Strong knowledge of the web ecosystem
  • Good understanding of BlaBlaCar’s values
  • Enjoy working as a team-player and learning from others
  • Experience in customer service is an asset

  • Nice to have: Experience with carpooling and fluency in other languages
