To support Beamy's growth, we are looking for our first Product Designer to help us build or enhance Beamy's features (dashboard, workflows, governance...). Till now, we have worked with a great agency, but it’s time to get someone internally, to take care of the global user experience of our product.

You will be the owner of Beamy’s Design and have a direct impact on our Product & Roadmap. Design highly creative, coherent and efficient solution to solve problem, with a deep understanding of constraints and context. Produce low/hi-fidelity prototypes, own experience consistency and continuity by designing, updating, documenting our Design System.

During a typical week, you will :

• Manage the global UX of the product.

• Work in collaboration with the Product Manager on new features ideation, where UI is also key for Beamy. Build prototypes (mock-ups, etc) and challenge them with our clients and internal tester.

• Understand and exploit user data and analytics to plan, in collab with the Lead product, the necessary improvements. Actively contribute to the prioritisation of the product roadmap to ensure the right user experience.

• Work with our developers to maintain a clear design system between our design tools and our code base. Ensure that the UX & UI fits the specifications.

Must have to succeed on the job :

If you have a creative and a curious mindset, there is no doubt that you will thrive in this central position for our activity and its deployment. It will be easier for you to succeed the missions if :

• You have at least 6 years of experience on Product Design in agency or scale-up on a SAAS. With a strong interest both in UI & UX.

• You master one or more of the following tools : Figma, the Adobe suite or Sketch (we use Figma).

• You have a systemic approach in your design (component library, local styles, consistency …) and you have already structured a design system.

• You are fluent in French.

Bonus : You have already worked with product analytics tools.
