Reporting to our CFO, you will be in charge of preparing grant applications (department, region, state, etc.), monitoring and organizing/archiving the applications, you will be required to:
Monitoring: actively monitor and seek new sources of funding and grants to support the strategic vision
Response to calls for projects:
Coordinate responses to calls for projects, particularly for the financial and administrative part, by ensuring that schedules for the preparation and submission of applications are respected
Writing the documents that make up the applications: mailings, presentations, project sheets, grant applications, budget, etc.
Follow-up on grant applications and ensure administrative, budgetary and accounting follow-up
Implement and monitor a system for collecting, filing and archiving contractual evidence in accordance with the recommendations of donors
Carry out administrative and reporting tasks related to grants
Ensure the follow-up of news and deadlines, in particular the submission of reports and balance sheets, on the funding platforms)
Profile required
Mastery of calls for projects, grants, etc. in the public sector
Mastery of the follow-up of grant files (respect of obligations and deadlines)
An aptitude for figures and budgetary and administrative management
Writing skills: ability to write summary and alert documents covering all aspects of the assignment
Legal knowledge will be appreciated
