The Global Growth team is helping Back Market increase its impact and reach by launching our services in new countries, and implementing country-specific features.
We adapt our product to local needs and culture in markets where significant growth is still expected in Europe, North America, and APAC. We are in close contact with business developers to identify what our local customers and sellers need most, and implement it.
The trifecta (Product Managers, Engineering Manager, and Business Developers) refines these projects, and use data projections to define our priorities. Global Growth developers are entrusted to implement these features regardless of the functional or technical scope, as long as they comply with contribution guidelines.

Back Market is recruiting a Senior Full-Stack Developer who is interested in working on any aspect of our code base depending on the priorities. Your scope can be anything as long as we expect great impact from it.
Close collaboration with the teams owning the various parts of our services will be essential. Using Inner source practices to provide code that is reliable, readable, tested, and easily maintainable will be your everyday goal.
Depending on the changes to implement, you will potentially work with technologies or services you have no prior knowledge nor experience. You must see this as an exciting opportunity to be fit for this position.
