The position

Job description

  • Develop and execute the US market entry and growth strategy aligned with company objectives.

  • Own end-to-end revenue generation: lead generation, sales pipeline and closing.

  • Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to tailor offerings for the US market.

  • Define KPIs and track performance to optimize growth initiatives continuously.

  • Represent the company at US events, conferences, and with key partners.


Preferred experience

  • 5+ years experience in growth, sales, or marketing leadership roles, in SaaS B2B.

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling in the US market.

  • Strong understanding of the US B2B SaaS ecosystem and buyer personas.

  • Experience managing remote or international teams.

  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and communication skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Native English and French required

  • Having lived in the US is a plus.
