Nos "impact teams"

Our agile teams are organised in a squad of 9 people (pizza team) composed of :

  • 6 devs including 1 Engineering Manager
  • A Product Manager
  • A Product Designer
  • A QA Engineer

We share a lot within the team. Most of the developments are done in peer programming.

Every two weeks we organise tech workshops and twice a year a Skello Tech Day dedicated to innovation as well as a Hackathon to invent the Skello of tomorrow together.
