We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our Software Team within the Tech Team.

As a Salesforce Developer in the Tech Team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Salesforce platform, one of our key business systems. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer support to understand their needs and requirements, and then use your expertise to develop customizations and integrations to meet these needs.

Responsibilities:

• Work with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer support to understand their needs and requirements for Salesforce customizations and integrations.

• Use your expertise in Salesforce development to build and maintain customizations and integrations, including building custom objects, workflows, and reports, and integrating Salesforce with other business systems.

• Work closely with the Product team and the development team to ensure that customizations and integrations are developed and delivered on time and within budget.

• Ensure that Salesforce is integrated with other business systems, such as our marketing automation platform and customer support system.

• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, and recommend new tools and processes to improve our use of the system.

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or similar role.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce development, including experience building custom objects, workflows, and reports.

• Experience working with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer support.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Fluency in English and French.

• An academic background in engineering or computer science is preferred.
