To support our growth, both in France and internationally, we are strengthening our teams and looking for a Group FP&A Manager to join the Finance team in Paris.
Reporting to the Group CFO and leading the FP&A team, you will have a key role to track business performance and contribute to strategic decision-making by scaling our financial planning and enhance data monitoring across all geographies.
In a fast-growing environment requiring a strategic finance vision, you will act as a direct business partner to each country manager and to the executive committee of the Group. The role is detrimental to the Group’s next phase of growth and will involve strong ownership capabilities to drive the FP&A team’s missions.
Your responsibilities
Strategic Partnering: develop and provide strategic and financial analysis to support executive and board-level decisions through effective communication skills
Financial Planning & Analysis: lead end-to-end FP&A process across the Group from monthly closing to budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial modeling, including forward-looking opportunities and potential threats’ sensitivities
Performance Monitoring: establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the progress and success of strategic plans, with a focus on financial performance and assets’ profitability
Data & Tools: drive the adoption of modern FP&A tools (AI, EPM, etc.) to accelerate data-based reporting and ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of financial data coming from various systems (SAP, Zuora, Salesforce) in collaboration with the accounting and data teams
Growth Initiatives: evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and expansion strategies from a financial perspective based on clear frameworks for investment decisions and ROI analysis
Cross-Functional Collaboration: work closely with various departments, especially with the accounting team, to ensure alignment and successful execution of objectives and deliverables
Team Leadership: build and grow a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
You have 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking or consulting, with prior experience in a fast-growing, international and private equity environment
You have had prior exposure to the infra and/or energy sectors and are comfortable with financing concepts (sale and leaseback, asset management, etc.)
In a fast-growing and data-driven environment, you have a solutions-oriented mindset to prioritize and provide clear and concise information to various stakeholders
You have excellent financial modelling (Excel) and analytical capabilities, experience in strategic planning tools deployment and are comfortable to navigate in an ERP system environment
Your communication skills enable you to challenge and influence at C-level, while energising your team with collaborative and positive attitude
You are fluent in English
