As nonprofits create accounts and start using Zeffy with low to zero sales effort, the marketing team is the driver of Zeffy’s growth. As the Head of Marketing, you will be the owner of generating growth, more specifically:
Short term (first year)
Scale nonprofits acquisition process in the US and Canada, from 1000 active new nonprofits per month to 10,000/month in two years
Be the direct manager of the marketing team (paid ads, content, branding)
Medium / long term (second year)
Work the entire AARRR funnel, from activation to closing and referral.
Influence the product to generate more growth!
You have successfully implemented and participated in aggressive growth
You have a strong experience in performance marketing, and you are the reference on your team when it comes to using data to leverage efficient growth
You have an entrepreneurial experience where you opened and scaled new channels
You managed at least a 2 people team
Experience in SaaS / fintech / e-commerce / nonprofits
Experience on Hubspot
Fluency in French
