📋 Context

You’ll be in charge of leading the whole credit demand journey in Younited, for both the consumer credit and payments solutions and across all Younited’s 5 countries, and make it the best of Europe, maximizing the user conversion and satisfaction.

We need you to embody the long terms objectives of the company and lead the opportunities we have to answer it - working with your 2 Younits (squads) and their amazings POs to find the best answers on how to tackle them.

You’ll be responsible of the long term roadmap and define the strategic plan for the credit demand journey, with the help of all our stakeholders (internal & external).

Inside the product team, (with your ~35 senior PMs and POs) and across all Younited, you’ll thrive in this product-led company, with definitely interesting scopes and challenges that don’t stop to grow.

Your responsabilities :

• Leadership of the long term strategy of the “credit demand” part of Younited’s platform. Lead this vision within the “conversion” domain, and with the distinct stakeholders, in a B2B2C and B2C environnement.. You will be in charge of the 1.5 billion € credits that are granted every year at younited, and your teams are the ones keeping the best-of-class application journey ! #innovateordie
• Promote your product(s) internally and evangelize your vision - ensure we don’t do short-terms choices that would hinder the long-term platform,
• Understand key challenges, risks and opportunities working alongside main stakeholders, user research team and analytics to explain what opportunities we must address to answer the product objectives. Be open and curious for the demands, and become an expert of your products to explain them and their choices simply to your interlocutors,
• Define the most efficient and balanced roadmap that will address your teams goals and maximize Younited’s objectives : make smart choices, be able to defend and reconsider them along the way, iterate & test and make errors !
• Identify and devise technical and innovative solutions along with other development, design and product team members : have the best-in-class journey for an instant credit in Europe, and,
• Work closely with your teams (10 developpers, 3 POs, 3 QAs on the 2 squads) and we a enabler for the ongoing tasks, priorities. Ensure we work on the priorities and keep open on the agility demands that could bring value to the solutions (BUs, top B2B partners, ..)
• Produce and follow a set of KPIs for your activity and empower your teams to promote efficiently the results of the main deliveries and make choices on the next steps.

🤝 It’s a match if …

• You have a Bac+5 in engineering school, business or equivalent academic,
• You have 3 years of experience in consulting or product management,
• You have already lead a strategic product thinking in another scale-up company : at product but maybe other roles !
• You have strong communication skills: you are not afraid to share your ideas inside and outside your usual stakeholders,
• You love to find the smartest path along a lot of possibilities and confront it with other’s ideas,
• You have sales skills, and you can influence and partner effectively across all levels of an organization,
• You are not afraid to be hands-on, deep diving inside your product to understand technical implications and dependencies,
• You are very curious and have a genuine interest in finding the best way to solve problems for your customers,
• You have strong analytical skills and always challenge assumptions with facts and figures,
• Entrepreneurial experience will be appreciated,
• Outstanding records of academic and managerial or professional achievement,
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and French.
