We’re seeking an experienced, motivated and dynamic Head of Marketing to join us and lead the Central Marketing team in our Paris HQ. You will mentor & lead a talented team of marketing experts at the service of Younited’s global marketing strategy, that you will articulate in collaboration with the marketing managers of each of our Business Units, for both our B2C & B2B Business Lines.
You will be expected to bring your instincts and your ability to lead impactful marketing initiatives in all of our markets. Effectively assuming the role of spokesperson for the Marketing team within Younited, with a direct reporting to our CEO Europe, yours and your team’s strong cooperation with Product, Risk & Data, Projects & Performance, Finance & country marketing teams will be key to ensure valuable marketing projects and initiatives are conducted successfully and contribute to achieve Younited’s ambitious business goals for all Business Lines.
You would be our ideal candidate if you have extensive experience leading digital marketing initiatives and teams within the financial industry in B2C in an international context: extensive leadership experience, a track record of building high-performing teams and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration will be key assets to land this job.

Your responsibilites 🚀
Drive growth through an efficient marketing strategy in collaboration with the Business teams: with a scope covering Data Marketing, SEO, Paid Traffic, CRM/PRM & Brand activation you and your team will work with the Business Lines to plan and deliver marketing roadmaps that create value for Younited.
Gather and iterate on business needs and propose adapted and innovative solutions: you will develop close relationships with our local marketing managers to guarantee the relevance of the marketing initiatives and put forward the most adapted opportunities with the budgets & goals gathered from them.
Be up-to-date with the latest innovations on digital & offline marketing to ensure your roadmap never goes out of style: you will be well connected about the latest trends and competition framework to bring about a true spirit of test and learn across all marketing segments in all countries.
Cooperate with the leadership team to ideate and drive the marketing strategy to respond to the ambitious objectives of product diversification that Younited has started in the last months.
Create an emulation across marketing teams: apart from driving personally the overarching marketing roadmap, you will create a strong marketing team culture, to foster an environment on best-practice sharing across the local teams to bring the best of Younited everywhere.
Be the voice of Marketing within Younited: you will personally sponsor key marketing projects and work with the Younited Executive Committee and the rest of the Business team (including your manager, Pierre-Marin, CEO Europe) to mobilise resources to land the projects that matter.
Promote a Positive Culture: Foster and promote a positive organizational culture within the marketing team, encouraging collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
On a global scale, during the first 12 months of your tenure as Head of Marketing, you will be judged on yourability to create a results-oriented marketing culture, permeating across all segments of your scope :
A state-of-the-art data set-up to steer decision-making in all contexts,
A super strong global performance on SEO & SEM,
A full-blown CRM/PRM strategy to account for the exciting new arrivals to Younited’s product suite,
An ambitious Brand activation roadmapacross a variety of channels.
Management
You will manage a team of 5 people in the fields of Data Marketing, Traffic, SEO, CRM/PRM & Brand Activation
Functional reporting from country marketing teams on the above scope covered by Central Marketing
Reporting
Hierarchical & functional reporting to CEO Europe.
You have a solid experience (5-10 years) in digital marketing in a fintech or a dynamic scale-up
You are a true leader, able to make yourself heard, motivate your team and drive projects forward
You are an excellent communicator, you are able to federate and to always find the win-win
You are as creative as you are analytical combining these two essential marketing skills Strategic & Hands-On
You seamlessly shift between high-level strategy and execution, driving impact both at scale and in the details
You are persuasive, commercial and can communicate efficiently with C-level stakeholders to push decision making
You are fluent in English and in French (other Younited languages such as Italian, Spanish or Portuguese are a plus!)
