Reporting directly to the Head of Data your mission will be to maximize the value of our proprietary database by :

• Enriching our database with internal and external data,

• Proposing new data services or insights and usage for our customers and partners,

• Packaging new data offerings.

You responsibilities 🚀

As a Data Strategy & Innovation Lead, you will be instrumental in the development of new data-driven products that will shape the future of our fintech. Your core contribution will involve building foundational data capabilities for :

• Loyalty programs designed to deepen customer engagement,

• Data monetization strategies, primarily through optimized lead reselling,

• Generating precise customer insights that empower our business partners.

To achieve this, you will:

• Enrich our data assets, with a strong focus on leveraging our extensive PSD2 transaction data to extract maximum value,

• Explore new source of data or partnership to add value to our proprietary database,

• Perform advanced customer segmentation to enable highly targeted and personalized initiatives across all new product offerings,

• Ensure all data practices are conducted with the highest standards of ethics and compliance, particularly given the sensitive nature of financial data,

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to rigorously track the adoption, engagement, and overall success of new products and features.

You will collaborate closely with all stakeholders, by clearly and concisely presenting complex analytical findings and model results to both technical and non-technical audiences :

• Our Product and Business Development teams to translate complex data insights into concrete product features and compelling commercial strategies,

• Our Data Scientists in charge of predictive and enrichment models to ensure the feasibility and optimal integration of advanced analytical capabilities into new data products,

• Our Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers to optimize our customer data platform (CDP) and ensure seamless data accessibility and usability,

• Sales teams within Business Units.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Data Strategist with the following qualifications:

• Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field,

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in data-driven roles, specifically in data strategy, innovation, or product development, ideally within financial services.
