About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced UX Writing Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of UX writers and ensure that our products and services have high-quality, user-focused content. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and create clear, concise, and easy-to-understand content.

About your role as UX Writer Lead:

  • Lead a team of UX writers and provide guidance and mentorship
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define content strategy and ensure that content aligns with user needs and business goals
  • Create and maintain content style guides and ensure that all content is consistent and on-brand
  • Write and edit content for various digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and marketing materials
  • Conduct content audits and make recommendations for content improvements
  • Participate in user testing and use feedback to iterate on content
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX writing

    • About your experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or a related field
  • Have excellency in English and French, Arabic is considered a big plus
  • 5+ years of experience in UX writing or content strategy
  • Experience leading a team of UX writers
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to write for various digital platforms
  • Experience conducting user research and using data to inform content decisionsUnderstanding of UX design principles and how content impacts the user experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, ideally experience managing remote teams:
  • Highly organized, creative and critical thinker;
  • Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment;
  • Experience in a rapidly growing company in the mobility or on-demand services space is a plus.
