What is our Startup Success team?

The mission of XAnge’s Startup Success team is to deliver a highly result-driven support service to our portfolio companies. We work hand in hand with founders and C-level executives on their most critical operational challenges as they scale.

Our support is delivered through:

• A strong Startup Community (introductions, peer-to-peer talks, founder dinners, etc.)

• Acceleration programs (workshops, tools, benchmarks, playbooks)

• Ecosystem leverage (talent community, negotiated partner perks, visibility with LPs, etc.)

Joining the Startup Success team means embracing a very specific philosophy.

What we are:

• Doers: Founders and C-level executives do not need abstract strategy. They need concrete solutions. Our commitment: deliver value fast, often within 48 hours.

• Enablers : We open doors, connect the right people, and gather, structure and synthesize information so founders can move faster.

• Brain gymnasts: We can speak HR, Finance, Ops, Office Space, Marketing and more. We are used to understanding a CEO’s day-to-day challenges across functions.

• Hungry for learning: We never stop at our current knowledge. When we do not have an answer, we dig deep until we understand the topic well enough to be useful.

• Humble: We support exceptional founders and management teams. They do the hard work. We are here to help them succeed.

What we’re not:

• Slow Our startups describe us as a “hyper-reactive” team and expect us to stay that way. Prioritization is key to maintaining this level of responsiveness.

• Consultants We do not give abstract advice. We benchmark, structure information and provide actionable insights.

• Experts in everything No one can be an expert across all topics and sectors. We choose to be strong generalists and work with best-in-class experts when needed.

• Investors We work very closely with our investment team, but we do not act as investors. Our role is to bring complementary operational value.

The Team

XAnge’s Startup Success team currently consists of five people:

• Pauline, Partner in charge of Operations

• David, Startup Success Manager

• Marine, Community & Communications Manager

• Pierre, Startup Success Associate

• Anna, our (very lucky) apprentice

The team is based in Paris with regular trips to Berlin and Bruxelles. Being based in Berlin could be an option.

Why we need you?

The Startup Success team is, quite literally, a victim of its own success.

The volume of incoming requests from founders is growing fast, and we want to reinforce the team to maintain our level of operational excellence.

In addition, we have an ambitious backlog of projects we want to bring to life. For example:

• Launching a business development acceleration program to help Seed-stage startups generate revenue

• Designing an AI acceleration program to help founders optimize their operations and growth margin

Your responsibilities

• Respond to founders’ and C-level executives’ requests using our existing resources, with a high level of quality, rigor and responsiveness

• Design and deploy new acceleration programs, content and tools to address key operational challenges

• Act as a facilitator of our founder and executive community: event organization, founder retreat, peer discussions, newsletters

• Contribute to our marketing efforts to increase the visibility of XAnge Startup Success within the startup ecosystem

• More broadly, contribute to the development, strategy and day-to-day operations of the Startup Success team

Who we’re looking for ?

• You are a former entrepreneur or have worked in a startup or scale-up environment and deeply understand founders’ realities

• You are hands-on, comfortable with multitasking, and known for your ability to step outside your comfort zone

• You are autonomous, structured and a strong team player

• You are passionate about tech and digital startups, with strong exposure to no-code tools

• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

• You are fluent in English and French. German is a plus
