As a Strategy & Operations Manager you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and strategic initiatives. This position requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and hands-on problem-solving ability. You will work closely with senior strategy managers and cross-functional teams and will report to the Head of Strategy & Operations.

In this position, you will contribute directly to WTTJ’s core mission. This role is a unique opportunity to have a strong impact on the success of the company and be involved in the main strategic projects with a 360° perspective. Your role is at the heart of the company, and you will interact with every team (product, business, marketing, tech, media).

As part of this mission, you will:

Strategy & planning

• Conduct strategic analysis and market researchs to support our global strategy and M&A initiatives in coordination with our Strategy manager

• Support our strategic planning by improving our company’s alignment and prioritization methodology & tool (OKRs).

• Participate into the identification of new opportunities and develop business case analysis

Project management

• Coordinate strategic global projects in the long run. Examples of such projects include the implementation of a new commercial offer or the release of a major new service.

• Make sure all stakeholders are aligned on strategic projects and report on advancement and performance

• Support the construction of a global company project roadmap.

Performance analysis & continuous improvements

• Monitor and analyze operational performance and identify key trends for senior leaders.

• Support the creation of an efficient reporting system at the company and team level in coordination with a Senior Operations & strategy manager

• Conduct ad hoc analysis to support decision-making

• Proactively identify areas for improvement and present actionable recommendations.

• You have 3-5 years of experience ideally working closely with senior leadership in a fast-moving environment, for example, at a tech startup, in management consultancy or investment banking.

• You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at extracting actionable insights from data.

• You are an expert in excels planning and executing initiatives of varying durations and scales

• You can deal with several topics at the same time and can easily adapt to changing situations

• You have excellent communication and analytical skills in both French and English

• You are a fast learner and enjoy new challenges

• You are organized, structured, and methodical
