Job description

Is the job market a Jungle?

Welcome to the Jungle is the multichannel media company that aims to inspire every individual to thrive in their professional lives.

We propose a wide variety of high-quality content (articles, videos, series, podcasts, magazines or events) to help young professionals rethink their relationship with work.

We have also created a content-rich website with 3000+ detailed company profiles – including photos, videos, and statistics (number of employees, gender, average age) – making valuable job search information accessible for prospective candidates. It is now way easier for them to narrow down the tribe they belong to!

As a creative and inspiring graphic designer, you will report directly to our Head of Brand, and you will help us build a compelling and consistent brand across all channels.

Based on our existing visual brand guidelines and design system, and working within our creative studio, you will work closely with our Social Media team to contribute to our brand building on every platform. You will also participate in brand management, answering to internal visual requests and making sure we are visually consistent across all channels.

These are some examples of your missions as part of our creative team:

  • Leading our social media visual identity. This includes benchmark, recommendations, and development of materials to support our social media strategy
  • Contribute to our brand building and management by ensuring high quality and consistency across channels
  • Answering to internal graphic design requests by creating various graphic and visual contents for both print and digital (Social media banners, ads, newsletters, presentations, print, and other communications supports)
  • Doing research to develop creative visual concepts in line with the latest design trends that align with our brand identity

Preferred experience

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in graphic design
  • A huge plus if you have worked before with Social Media content
  • You work with the adobe suite (Photoshop and Illustrator are must, After Effects and InDesign are plus)
  • You have already used Sketch and Keynote (yes, we know)
  • You seek excellence and are able to work at a high level of quality. You welcome feedback and seek improvement
  • You demonstrate high initiative and ownership of issues
  • You are creative, autonomous and highly organized
  • You navigate through design, social media and editorial culture
  • You are fluent in English (we are an international team!)
