Descriptif du poste

We’re looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer who is highly autonomous, customer-oriented and has good analytical and processing skills.

You will work within the IT & Security team to manage incidents and projects concerning the working environment, from workstations to company telephones and meeting room equipment.

Missions :

  • Provide user support at our premises in central Paris

  • Manage the lifecycle of hardware, from ordering to recycling, in compliance with best practices.

  • Handle, analyze and resolve incidents affecting workstations, mobility and on-site equipment (printers, meeting rooms, networks, etc.).

  • Produce operating procedures for our staff.

  • Produce procedures following incident resolutions, to feed our knowledge base.

  • Implement new functionalities when a new business case is identified.

  • Work within our security constraints (ISO certification in progress)

Future challenges for the position :

  • Moving to new premises

  • Internationalization of our teams

Technical base :

  • Suite Apple (mac, iphone, ipad, JAMF)

  • Cisco Meraki

  • Google Workspace / Suite Atlassian / Notion / Zoom / Docusign / Adobe / Microsoft 365 / Zendesk


Profil recherché

At Welcome to the Jungle, we are all coming from (really) different backgrounds, that’s our main strength!

You could be someone with:

  • Successful experience in technical support: IT Engineer / Technical Support / Support Level 1-2 in Apple environment

  • You are familiar with best business practices to ensure the proper administration of our platforms.

  • You know JAMF and are at ease in front of a terminal.

  • You are familiar with SaaS environments, particularly Google Workspace Enterprise.

  • You are comfortable communicating in English (email exchanges, writing documentation and post-mortems, etc.).

  • You have a good understanding of security and confidentiality issues in the enterprise.

  • JAMF certification is a plus.
