About Worklife

Worklife is a Fin/HR tech company reinventing employee benefits. All of your benefits are gathered on ONE app and combined with ONE payment card to facilitate their use.

Employee benefits are often undervalued, lack visibility, and no longer meet the real needs of employees or the company. If you want to be part of this change and join a growing company, consider joining us!

Opportunities

We help our clients implement a salary policy that has an impact and meaning for both employees and the company. Our expertise and personalized offerings place us among the most dynamic players in the employee benefits market, and we are notably the No. 1 player in sustainable mobility.

We are looking for a Data Analyst who can drive efficiency in every department. This is a highly visible and high-impact position, and you must be very good at understanding every aspect of the business.

We are seeking a hybrid profile between tech and business that can maintain processes and tools, and has the capacity to understand every aspect of the business.

You will join the Product team and report directly to the Chief Product Officer. It's a small, close-knit team of six people, which makes it perfect for sharing and improving your skills!

🚧 We are currently in a development and test & learn phase. You will have the opportunity to co-construct our processes and our organization within Worklife. For this, it's essential that you have a "hands-on mindset" and are able to roll up your sleeves to handle any challenges that arise 🙂

Your missions

-> You will handle data analysis end-to-end. This includes defining business objectives, transforming data, visualizing data, collecting key insights, and communicating results to stakeholders -

-> You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams across the company such as product, marketing, sales, finance, and customer support. Examples of work include analyzing new product features, measuring the impact of new marketing strategies, creating dashboards (Metabase a very SQL-driven data viz tool) or identifying client upsell opportunities.

-> You are responsible to identify and prioritize analytics projects and you will own your own roadmap.

-> You are the curator of your data, using SQL in a modern data stack environment (dbt, Airflow) to adapt and create data models and metrics, ensuring those models are version-controlled and well-documented.

-> You collaborate with the backend team to ensure data collection, quality, accuracy, and completeness.

-> Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of our data analytics efforts.

Expected Results

D+30:

-> Product and industry training: gain an understanding of our offerings, the employee benefits landscape, and the FinTech/HR tech market.

-> Meet company members and learn about their roles and responsibilities.

-> Data stack onboarding: collaborate with team members to identify our different sources of data and explore them and get a sense of their structure, quality, and potential insights.

D+60

-> Conduct exploratory data analysis: Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement - find business opportunities to leverage for the product marketing team

-> Collaborate with cross-functional teams: understand their needs and gather feedback on potential improvements.

-> Develop dashboards and reports: create user-friendly tools to communicate key findings and insights - train stakeholders: Provide training to stakeholders on how to use and interpret dashboards and reports.

D+90

-> Monitor and maintain data quality: ensure the accuracy and integrity of data being used for analysis.

-> Formulate hypotheses: Develop data-driven hypotheses to guide further analysis.

-> Prepare for a performance review: gather accomplishments and challenges faced during the first three months.
