We are looking for a Logistics & Operations Intern to join our Ops squad in Paris for a 6-month internship starting in June 2026.

You will join the team at a strategic time to support our logistics flow during a maternity leave cover. Working closely with Mélanie, Tou-Zeu, and Louis, you will learn how to manage complex B2B supply chain challenges in a fast-growing environment. This isn’t just a “support” role; you will be a true pivot in our daily success.

Your mission

Reporting to Louis (Ops Manager), you will help bridge the gap between our Sales team, our supply chain, and our customers. Your goal: ensure that every order—from e-commerce to large B2B fit-outs—is processed and delivered flawlessly.

As a key member of the team, you will:

• Support the Sales-to-Delivery flow: Help turn signed quotes into real-life deliveries.

• Assist in “Last Mile” coordination: Learn to manage a network of transporters and installers across France.

• Be a Problem Solver: Help handle logistics hazards and ensure high customer satisfaction.

• Master Startup Tools: Gain hands-on experience with top-tier tools like NetSuite (ERP) and HubSpot (CRM).

Your main responsibilities

• Order Management: Assist in processing B2B and e-commerce orders, creating customer files, and issuing purchase orders.

• Logistics Support: Help schedule deliveries, track shipments, and liaise with our service providers to keep everything on time.

• Customer Experience (SAV): Help follow up on delivery incidents and manage support tickets to ensure a premium post-sale experience.

• Data & ERP Hygiene: Ensure accurate records in NetSuite and maintain the flow of information between departments.

• Billing Support: Help issue invoices and follow up on payments to ensure smooth administrative operations.

• 🎓 Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a Business School or a specialized curriculum in Logistics/Supply Chain.

• 💼 A previous internship in ADV, Customer Support, or Logistics is a major plus.

• 🗣️ Fluent French and English are mandatory. (Spanish is a “nice-to-have”).

• ⚙️ You are comfortable with Google Suite and Slack. Previous experience with Notion and a curiosity for CRMs (HubSpot) and ERPs (NetSuite) is essential.

• 🧠 You are “touche-à-tout”, highly organized, and proactive. You don’t just point out problems; you try to find solutions.

• 🤝 You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
