At Work with Island, our Operations team is the heartbeat of our customer experience. We are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our Ops squad in Paris.

This is a 8-month fixed-term contract (CDD) specifically opened to cover a maternity leave, starting in June 2026. You will play a vital role in ensuring continuity for our French logistics while one of our key team members is away.

Your mission will be to maintain our high standards of service, collaborating closely with Mélanie and Tou-Zeu to ensure every Island reaches its destination perfectly.

Your mission

Reporting to Louis (Ops Manager), you will be the central pivot between our Sales team, our supply chain, and our customers. Your goal is simple: ensure that every order—from a single e-commerce purchase to a complex B2B office fit-out—is processed, shipped, and installed flawlessly.

As a key member of the team, you will:

  • Bridge the gap between signed quotes and reality, turning sales into successful deliveries.

  • Coordinate the “Last Mile” by managing a network of transporters and installers.

  • Be a Problem Solver: Proactively handle logistics hazards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

  • Master our Tools: Keep our data clean and our processes automated.

Your main responsibilities

  • Order Management: Process e-commerce and B2B orders, create customer files, and transform signed quotes into purchase orders.

  • Logistics Coordination: Schedule and track deliveries across France (and occasionally Europe), liaise with service providers, and oversee inventory levels.

  • Customer Relations & SAV: Act as the main point of contact for delivery updates, handle incident follow-ups, and manage support tickets to ensure a premium experience.

  • Billing & Disputes: Issue invoices, follow up on payments, and resolve any logistics or billing disputes with rigor.

  • ERP & Data Management: Maintain accurate records in NetSuite, create new accounts, and ensure the flow of information between HubSpot and our production tools.

Profil recherché

  • 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a Business School or a specialized curriculum in Logistics/Supply Chain.

  • 💼 3-5 years of experience in Logistics, ADV (Sales Admin), or Order Management, ideally within a B2B furniture or hardware company dealing with physical products.

  • 🗣️ Fluent French and English are mandatory. Spanish is a plus.

  • ⚙️ You are proficient with Google Suite and Slack. Previous experience with Notion, a CRM (HubSpot) and an ERP (NetSuite) is a major advantage.

  • 🧠 You are “touche-à-tout”, highly organized, and resilient. You don’t just report problems; you bring solutions.

  • 🤝 You enjoy collaborating with different departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance) and have excellent communication skills.
