To support this substantial growth, we are seeking a Head of Sales (M/F) to join the top management team at Work with Island. Reporting to co-founder Yohann, your role will be to lead WWI’s sales strategy in France and Europe while managing our Sales team.
On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will include:
Lead WWI’s global sales strategy.
Sustain our sales activity in the French market (+50% sales).
Develop our future European markets: Belux, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, Germany…
Create a Sales strategy to launch international exports.
Create and manage the development of new offers and services.
Define global and individual objectives for the Sales team.
Participate in the most complex sales phases: closing, major deals, etc.
Lead and present business reviews to co-founders.
Support and lead your team daily: currently consisting of 4 people.
Monitor KPIs and overall & individual performance.
Actively participate in recruiting and onboarding new team members.
Develop your team’s skills and train the most junior members.
Create and optimize our training materials: sales playbook, battle cards, etc.
Improve sales team processes in coordination with marketing/growth teams.
Choose and adopt the best tools on the market.

You possess between 5 and 7 years of experience in a Head of Sales role.
As a talented negotiator, you demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the B2B sales cycle.
In terms of management, you have successfully led teams in both France and Europe.
You embody a startup mindset, characterized by versatility, agility, and an open-minded approach.
Fluency in both French and English is a must; proficiency in Spanish or any other language is considered a plus.
Your comfort with digital tools includes proficiency in ERP (NetSuite), CRM (Hubspot), Prospecting tools (Sales Navigator LinkedIn, Lemlist, Apollo), and Office software (Google Suite).
