In a rapidly expanding commercial environment, we are seeking an Export Manager to bolster our international development. As part of this newly created role, this challenge presents an opportunity to formulate and spearhead an export sales strategy, exerting a significant influence on the growth trajectory of Work with Island.
Responsibilities:
On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will include:
Strategic:
Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence.
Contribute to the development of pricing and sales strategies in alignment with WWI values.
Establish and monitor monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Sales:
Assume responsibility for the development of export sales across all distribution channels.
Prospect, cultivate, and oversee partnerships and distributors.
Foster and lead enduring commercial relationships by cultivating a network of customers and partners.
Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Choose and participate in international trade shows (travel required).
Collaborate with our Marketing team to acquire new customers through inbound and outbound strategies (prospecting).
Coordinate with our Operations team to ensure proper logistical follow-up for complex orders.
You possess a Master’s degree (Master 2) in International Trade.
With over five years of experience in export within an international setting, you bring a wealth of expertise to the table.
Preferably, you have a background in office furniture, showcasing specialized knowledge in this domain.
Fluency in English is a prerequisite, and proficiency in an additional language is considered an advantage.
Your exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a genuine ability to persuade, set you apart.
Your adaptability, agility, and capacity for independent work are evident in your day-to-day activities.
Given your mobility, you are well-suited for travel within Europe and internationally.
💸 Compensation: €50-70K + BSPCE
