Descriptif du poste

Working alongside our experienced Enterprise team, your role will be to support our key accounts in booking their events—from the initial brief to the final contract signature—as well as in the deployment of our solution.

You will play a key role : transforming a lead into a satisfied, loyal client. To achieve this, you will need to understand specific client needs, build transparent and trust-based relationships, guide them through the sales cycle, and support them until the deals are closed. Rigorous and personalized follow-up is essential in managing every request.

You will also contribute to the growth of your dedicated portfolio by leading sales and communication initiatives to promote our offer to event bookers and ensure their long-term loyalty.

During this exciting journey, your missions will include:

  • Supporting clients to meet their needs for seminars, team retreats, and corporate events.

  • Qualifying and managing leads from our key accounts via our platform, from the initial brief to closing of our clients bases clients based in Southeast Asia (Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore…)”

  • Qualifying, negotiating, and maintaining client relationships from the brief phase to contract signature.

  • Striving to achieve both individual and collective sales targets.

  • Suggesting improvements for internal processes and tools.

  • Taking a proactive lead on initiatives to deploy our offer within accounts.

  • Contributing to strategic discussions regarding the future and growth of Naboo.


Profil recherché

MANDATORY : You speak native English + Fluent in an Asian language.


Déroulement des entretiens

Interview Process

  • Step 1: A 15–30 minute video call with a Senior Account Manager from the Enterprise team.

  • Step 2: A 1-hour interview with the Head of Enterprise, including a presentation/review of your business case.

  • Step 3: Quick-fire rounds with 3–4 members of the Naboo team (15 minutes each).

  • Step 4: A closing discussion with the CEO.
