Sales Specialist works to grow and develop Wolt’s restaurant portfolio.This individual works closely with various stakeholders locally and across Woltwide regions and acts always in Wolt’s best interest. This being said, the individual first and foremost enables our restaurant acquisition operations to be successful.

The Employee’s duties and responsibilities include among other things:

• Establishing New Partnerships

• Identify potential partnerships and contact restaurants that are a great fit for Wolt

• Build relationships with identified restaurants and their owners

• Design, develop and implement a sales strategy aligned to our restaurant partnerships

• Conduct negotiations with partnerships regarding partnership terms

• Together with the Restaurant Development Manager and team ensure successful onboarding of your partnerships to the Wolt platform including, but not limited to their menu creation on Wolt platform, training the staff and scheduling photoshoots

• Portfolio Development

• Evaluate the potential performance of the venue in order to set profitable business terms

• Making sound business decisions while informing your intuition with data

• Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with our Restaurant Development Manager to ensure that restaurant partnerships are set up for success
  • Work closely with Wolt’s marketing team to brainstorm and execute marketing campaigns together with our restaurant partners

Profil recherché

•Be able to carry the duties and responsibilities of the role listed above
•Have a self-starter mindset and willingness to contribute to hands-on activities in a flat organization
•Be able to collaborate and proactively communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form with various stakeholders in Wolt
•Be able to make sound business decisions while basing decisions on data
•Ability to really own a project, work independently and ask for guidance when needed
•Be able to prioritise Wolt culture and values as the fundamental elements of Wolt growing as a successful business
•Most importantly be part of the team! As a team, we do common things uncommonly well

Proficient in English/Hungarian/Slovak
 

Salary: From EUR 1600 gross
