Job description

Our client, a leading player in the beauty industry, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a passion for digital transformation. You will work hand-in-hand with the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to track the progression of digital transformation streams and interact on a daily basis with all of the CDO VPs and their teams. If you have exceptional communication skills and proven project management experience in marketing projects, we would like to hear from you!

Your mission includes:

  • Engage with key stakeholders and manage relationships by building confidence and trust
  • Liaise with the brand teams & local market teams to identify project achievements and collect KPIs for progress reports (in charge of content, e-commerce, media, advocacy, CRM, data…)
  • Provide progress reports to the Chief Digital Officer and other stakeholders as needed
  • Identify and mitigate risks that may impact the delivery of projects
  • Seek stakeholder insight and feed it into improved processes while ensuring compliance with governance and standards

Preferred experience

  • 5 to 12 years of experience in project management in digital marketing projects
  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to communicates with clarity and confidence at all levels; adapts style and content to the needs of the audience
  • Good at relationship building, proactively builds productive relationships with internal and external partners
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with proven success in identifying problems, providing/facilitating the creation of options and recommendations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Experience working closely with C-levels is a major plus
