Our ambition is to build the world’s leading movement-and-rewards platform, scaling globally while using technology, data, and smart incentives to drive lasting behavior change and wellbeing at scale.

🎯 About the role

Our Revenue team is growing, and we’re looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to own the execution and performance of marketing campaigns across two key business touchpoints: the Redeem page and WeCards.

You will report to Justine, our VP of Operations and work closely with the Marketing and Product teams.

    • Analyze results, and share clear and actionable insights

    • Work closely with P&L and Growth teams to align marketing actions with business goals

  • User experience & quality control

    • Ensure the Redeem page is visually clear, consistent, and effective

    • Continuously suggest improvements based on data and user behavior

🧠 What we’re looking for

You’re the perfect match if…

If this sounds like you, apply — we’d love to meet you. 🎉
