Descriptif du poste

Reporting to the Tech Team, you will be working on adding new features to our core or map exploring (WeCards) product and improving the overall architecture to support WeWard’s growth and ambitions! You will work alongside:

We value a basic knowledge of Python (Flask, but we’re open to other Python web frameworks) and SQL (especially PostgreSQL).

We are looking for someone who understands API development and consumption, with a keen eye for code quality. If terms like automation and public cloud are new to you, don’t worry, we’re here to guide you!

Our toolset includes Github Actions, Docker, and AWS services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, etc.).

We are currently present in Spain, Italy, USA, Germany, UK and you want to work in an international environment.


Déroulement des entretiens

Recruitment timeline ⏳

  • 30-min call with your future Manager, Dorra/Surya/Thomas

  • 1 hour of case study evaluating your hard skills, including time for mutual feedback

  • A last chat, either by video call or at the office, with the Tech team, including dedicated time for mutual feedback (lasting around 1 hour max)

We finish with a tour of our offices to introduce you to other members of the team. And finally, if all goes well…  Welcome! 🐼
